Hello!
Nobody has posted in this community in ages....!

Well, I wrote a D/G story.
It makes no sense.
I don't even think it's very good.
I was avoiding doing my English homework.

But I feel the urge for feedback.

So, here 'tis.

Red HotCollapse )

I attribute the burning thing slightly to The Ballad of Jack and Rose, but only slightly. I liked the imagery.
I know the last two lines make no sense. I don't know where they came from.
And I used "sun" way too many times towards the beginning.
But yeah.
What think we?

How did HBP affect your feelings on D/G?

I'd always thought that the Harry/Ginny was going to happen in the canon; it had always been in the back of my mind, but when it actually did I found the H/G a bit of an anti-climax. Not only did I think it was written poorly, but it finished almost as suddenly as is started. So that sort of made me think even more of G/D. I've read so many fics when Ginny has left/been dumped by Harry and ended up with Draco, that it just seemed to confirm what I'd already read in fics. It gives us more of a platform for writing Fire and Ice fic, with the backing of canon.

How do you feel about D/G's chances of actually becoming canon after what we've seen in HBP?

I guess I sort of answered my question above, but my opinion hasn't changed all that much after HBP. I've never thought it was really likely, (don't shoot me) maybe because I like to keep my favourite ship forever immortal in fanon. However the HBP has made me think about the actual possibilites a lot more, mainly because (as I said earlier) Harry's dumping of Ginny. It just gives so much room for (dare I say it) a re-bound that 'no one' (save all the Fire and Icers) would actually expect from JK.

Does anyone here actually want JK writing D/G, though? I don't mean in the actual book sense, but in the writing style sense. Because we see everything mainly from Harry's POV. I'd think that we probably wouldn't see all that much of the relationship, at least, not as much of it as you see when it's written in the fandom. I guess I can only say I live and I hope.

What about the rest of you? **is nosy**

Love you all,
Alex

Hello, all! Trying to revive this community by posting.

Using lj-cuts because of spoilers.

Beware of spoilers!Collapse )

Some new post HBP questions:

How do you feel about D/G's chances of actually becoming canon after what we've seen in HBP?

How did HBP affect your feelings on D/G?

If Draco were redeemed in book seven, how would that affect your D/G shipping?

This is my first time of ever posting here, but I will ask the final question before HBP even though its been discussed a million times.

Will HBP leave us with any hope of Draco/Ginny? Sod that, will Draco even stop being a sniveling prat for a moment to even deserve Ginny (aka: will Rowling make him less of a 2 dimensional character)?

Until we find out, happy reading!

'Ello 'ello my chicas. xD ^^ Just updated my own journal, then came here. ^^

How long are they gone for? Do they take the children or leave them with family/friends?
They usually leave for about a week or so...three weeks at most. And whether or not the PHBs come is a las tminute decision, depending on the Rating of said vacation. xD But if the kids do stay behind, then that's what Grandparents Weasley are for. ;)

What do they get for their loved ones while they're away? Something expensive, or handmade etc.
Usually, Ginny takes a good, long time to pick out the children's gifts. But if they're shopping for relatives while on holiday (say Christmas is coming up), then they try to put at least a bit of thought into it. Unless if Ginny's trying to, say, find something for Harry and his wife. Then Draco likes to rub in the fact that he's rich, and goes and gets something pointlessly expensive.

What's their favorite thing to do at the beach?
Ginny <3s sandcastles. Draco prefers actually shoving Ginny + kids into the water. Life's more fun that way. ;)

Would they try exotic foods or foods they have no interest in trying...like dog meat?
Draco's up for anything. Ginny...not so much.

THREE MORE DAYS! :D

Wow.
I'm having a Harry Potter attack...so I'm posting here!

*watches everybody faint and laughs*

Does Ginny like showers or baths better? Draco? Why do they like that particular one? How often do they shower/bathe?
Ginny likes baths. She can read in the bath, and she can magick up bubbles, like in GoF. It's also just more relaxing...and also, she can mope in the bath.
Draco takes baths at home, because the Malfoys have those huge claw-footed tubs. He hates them. At Hogwarts he showers every morning, very early, in freezing water. He's quick about it, too. It's sort of like a painful morning ritual to prepare him for the day.

What do they dream the most about? Each other? Their fears? Their friends?
Ginny's dreams are anxiety dreams--you know, the naked-in-school, forgot-my-name sort of dreams. Draco has nightmares, too, but very rarely. They dream about each other after seeing each other, but otherwise their dreams usually rehash whatever happened during the day.

Has Draco ever broken any bones? When, and which bones? Ginny?
Draco broke his arm, obviously. But I think he's broken both his arms at least twice, and his ankle as well, from all that flying he did when he was younger.
Ginny's probably jammed a few fingers and maybe broken her wrist or split her chin, but I can't see her having done anything too serious. Then again, with magic, no breaks in the wizarding world are very serious.

What is Ginny's favourite animal? Draco's? How long have they liked that animal, and why?
Ginny's favorite animals are Kneazles and Crups, she likes cats and dogs, and those are the wizarding variety. Draco secretly admires dragons, but he probably had salamanders as a kid, and likes those best.

What did Ginny crave while she was pregnant and how far did Draco go to get it?
Chocolate, most likely, and porridge. Maybe meals from home, so Draco would have to trudge over to the Burrow and grudgingly ask for Molly to whip up something for her daughter.

Could Ginny convince Draco to dye his hair an unnatural colour, like blue?
Never.

How many children did Draco/Ginny want?
Ginny wanted three or four, Draco wanted one. They probably ended up with five, because the Weasleys have a tendency towards twins, and Draco would always give in.

If D/G start living at Malfoy Manor after the marriage, Where do Lucius and Narcissa go?
If they're alive, they stay. Ginny becomes part of the family. If not...well, there's no problem. Chances are D/G move into the other wing in the house.

Where is there favorite place to travel to? Why?
France, most likely.

How long are they gone for? Do they take the children or leave them with family/friends?
They don't go away very often once they have the kids. They would take them, however.

Hi guys! I'm going to be gone to England for a month so I'm not really going to respond, but you can always leave a comment in my lj entry or email me at Jic16@hotmail.com I'm going to leave some new questions, but they're not so good to tell ya the truth. Also with questions from F&I. Bye guys, keep this community moving, and I'll post when I get back. I'll miss you!!! *Loffs*

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?

Of course Ginny would be a bit nervous about the test, she'd also study like crazy and chew on her quill. Draco would appear calm, cool and collected along with being over confident as always *roll eyes* but inside he's worried he's going to fail and disappoint his father. Oh, and of course get beaten by the "Golden Trio".

New Questions:

Does Ginny like showers or baths better? Draco? Why do they like that particular one? How often do they shower/bathe?

What kind of weather do Draco and Ginny like best? Sunny, windy, snowy?

What do they dream the most about? Each other? Their fears? Their friends?

Has Draco ever broken any bones? When, and which bones? Ginny?

What is Ginny's favourite animal? Draco's? How long have they liked that animal, and why?

What did Ginny crave while she was pregnant and how far did Draco go to get it?

Could Ginny convince Draco to dye his hair and unnatural colour, like blue?

How many children did Draco/Ginny want?

If D/G start living at Malfoy Manor after the marriage, Where do Lucius and Narcissa go?

Where is there favorite place to travel to? Why?

How long are they gone for? Do they take the children or leave them with family/friends?

What do they get for their loved ones while they're away? Something expensive, or handmade etc.

What's their favorite thing to do at the beach?

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?
Oh, come on. It's Draco. It's not a blow-off, but it's not a big deal. He's confident to the point where he looks as if he doesn't even care.
Ginny, however...she gets rather nervous, depending on the subject of the test, worried mostly about- should she fail- what her parents would think.

What's their favorite word to use a lot?
Draco: Bloody, snog, wanker (my my, what a splendid vocabulary o_o)
Ginny: Feh. (used in moments of sarcasm, annoyance, anger, etc.)

Which of them is more the perv?
Draco's not as charming if he's not as pervish. xD

Would this relationship promt Draco to switch to the side of fluffy-bunnies-and-happiness? Do you feel that this is a valid reason for him to switch sides?
Canonically, no, I don't truly think so. He's too much of a prat to see beyond his own nose, should he get into a relationship with Ginny in the first place. He'd break under the pressure of his father.

However, fanonically is different. Draco grows up and matures wonderfully (drool) in fanon, and he's cool enough to let love conquer all. He might not particularly like anyone else on the side of good (excluding Gin, of course) but he's still loyal. :P ::clutches Draco plushie::

-----

Not too long until the new book, my little teacakes! ::squeals:: :) See you soon!

PS: Did anyone else hear that a chapter within HBP will be called "Draco's Detour" ? I heard this on a "rumor mill" section of a forum I'm at, but I don't recall hearing it anywhere else. This sound familiar?

In case you have not noticed, DV has been updated.

How does Ginny manipulate Draco into doing something he doesn't want to? Vice versa?
Offers strip tease if (s)he does it? Threaten to withold sex?

Are either reluctant to go to Healer/Doctors/Dentists?
Draco is. He gets embarassed that the great Draco Malfoy could possibly get sick. It takes much coaxing from Ginny, and even then, he has to have the healer come to the house and be very discreet. No one can know that he is sick.

Would this relationship promt Draco to switch to the side of fluffy-bunnies-and-happiness? Do you feel that this is a valid reason for him to switch sides?
No and no. It is hard to change what you believe and I do not know if even Ginny could convince Draco to change his beliefs. Draco might, perhaps, stop actively participating in the war, but he would probably feel that if Ginny is not going to stop fighting, why should he?

I don't think the relationship would cause Ginny's beliefs to change, either. I just don't see dark!Ginny as a possibility. I think the memory of Tom will keep her from becoming evil.

8:10 pm - Cookie

berenelen
Cookie was eating my brain. Thought I'd share.

~ - ~

It began as an ordinary day. Drab. Draco walked through the halls with impatience. He didn't know why he was impatient; he just was. Mornings were not the brightest time of day for Draco. It signaled the beginning of more filth and inferiority. Needless to say, Draco was cranky and it need for sugar.

The doors to the Great Hall had already been thrown wide open as if begging students to come in and begin their day with something whole grain and marmalade. It was quite pathetic since it was only 7. No one in their right mind woke up that early to eat breakfast, and that is precisely why Draco was there. Draco cautiously stuck his head in and looked at all the tables. All the tables were bare except for one, the Gryffindor table.

There at the dreaded table was Ginny Weasley. Awful, dreaded, Weasley. Draco didn't see Ginny though, but the dark red plum that Ginny was eating. Draco's mind began to clock at an amazingly fast pace and told him that fruit=sugar. His eyes glazed over and he watched the process of Ginny eating the plum. She took painstakingly slow bites (in Draco's mind). She drew the plum up to her mouth and bit the skin and tore into flesh which was also a bright red color. A drop of juice caught in the corner of Ginny's lips and Draco watched as her pink tongue darted out to catch it. This was when Draco broke down.

He strode over in long steps and siezed the plum from Ginny's hand. Ginny managed to drop her mouth in surprise before Draco took his first bite. The plum was everything that he had ever wanted: sweet, oh so tender, and chock full of sugar. It was a just a few seconds before Draco had finished the plum and was left with nothing but the pit. He wanted more.

Ginny was still silent with shock, and was about to say something quite rude to Draco when all of a sudden, Draco brought his mouth down to hers. Ginny could feel Draco's tongue slowly moving in her mouth and she felt a surge of heat in her body. His lips were soft and she could taste the sweet flavor of the plum that she had been eating in Draco's mouth; it tasted much sweeter than the original.

A sudden thought struck Ginny's mind and she quickly pulled away against her will. She was kissing Draco (or more like tasting him). She looked at Draco and he seemed well... satiated.

"Thanks for the plum," Draco whispered with round eyes and immediately left the hall; he was on a sugar rush.

~ - ~

Shut up. Don't laugh about the lame factor. Blame it on the plot bunny eating my brain.

*waves to everyone*

Woah, it's so weird. I just posted at FAP and I barely recognized everyone at the thread, but here I know all of you. It's so nice!

What would you do if JKR announced that at the end of the seventh book, Ginny would be pregnant with Draco's child? Would you scream in excitement? Would you be shocked and disgusted?
I would be... mixed.

Happy because it would be canonical proof that Draco and Ginny had had a relationship. Though I bet quite a few of the anti-D/Gers would claim it was rape.

But I would be unhappy because Ginny is not ready, I don't think, for pregnancy. She is young and she has all of her life stretching out before her and, of course, it can be wonderful to have a child, but not at her age. She's too young. She would still be in school!

A get-to-know-your-shippers question: how long can you see yourself actively shipping D/G for? How long can you see yourself shipping D/G but not actively (ie. still liking D/G but not actively doing anything to support them)?
Shipping them: Through high school, at least, and probably through college.
Actively: Two years, maybe? Maybe more.

What are the three best arguments for D/G against D/G-haters?
It depends on what they're arguing. But, in general, it's more difficult. "They're compatible" and "They look good together aren't the best thought out arguments in the world," and they seem to be what most of us use.

Here are some OK (sucky) arguments:
Because Draco is not his father and Ginny is not her family. Because Ginny's noticed the dark before, and Draco's noticed Ginny before (if only to taunt her). Because Draco wants revenge and Ginny wants to fight. Because Draco does not necessarily need or want a bad girl, and Ginny doesn't necessarily need or want a good boy. Because Ginny's over Harry. Because of inter-house unity. Because... Because...

Does anyone out there have any decent arguments?

2:46 pm - First post = looooooooooong post. Sorry.

eska_rina
*waves* Took me some time to become a member of this *shakes head*
Oh well, hi!

Is Draco a Quidditch fanatic? Ginny?
I'm pretty sure Ginny is it. Maybe not as bad as Ron, but she is it. I'm not really sure with Draco. I can see him and his interest for Quidditch in two ways: A) He really, really loves it and feels that it's the only place where he really can be "free", or B) He's only on the Quidditch team because it's a) expected by him, and/or because b) he wants everything Harry has.

How does Ginny manipulate Draco into doing something he doesn't want to? Vice versa?
Mmmm... *lick lips* I think I have read far to many NC-17 fics... *grin*

Are either reluctant to go to Healer/Doctors/Dentists?
Well, I can't really see any of them becoming it. Some people seem to think that Ginny would be a good Healer, but... I can't see it. *shakes head*
And Draco? No. Just no. *smile*
[Note: Little me missunderstood question. Don't know how that could happen O.o]

Which of them is more the perv?
Ginny. I'm pretty sure Draco in the start would be horrifired of the though/language/etc, but after some time he would loose up.

Would this relationship promt Draco to switch to the side of fluffy-bunnies-and-happiness? Do you feel that this is a valid reason for him to switch sides?
Well, I doubt Draco would switch side because of the muggleborns - I can't see him suddenly get a change of heart or that he only have lied about his hate for muggleborns.
Now, that being said, yes, it could promt him in switching side, but it wouldn't be his main reason. It would just be... an another gain.

What will their roles in the up-coming war be?
Well, I'm pretty sure Harry will win over Voldemort in the end of the 7th book, so there'll be no after Hogwarts war, and, well, I can't see Draco becoming a Death Eather before after school. So, I don't think he's going to play that big a role - I don't think his role is going to change at all.
Now, Ginny, she's going to play something, but I'm not sure what or how big the role will be.

As Ginny seems to become an increasingly important character in the books, Draco seems to be fading into a lesser one. Do they ever interact outside Harry's knowlegee?
Hm, yes, I'm pretty sure of that.

If a family member or loved one is in the hospital how would D/G (seperately) act? Withdrawl into their own world, throw things, scream etc.
I can see Ginny scream and cry and react after her emotions, but I think Draco would become distant, work more, and just seem a lot colder. I don't think he really knows how to work with his emotions, really.

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?
Draco would try not to show it, but he's rather scared. He fears he'll fail his parents.
I agree with toothpick349 about Ginny: Ginny, however, studies all the previous night into the day of the test, to the second the professor asks for everything to be put away. Then she feels like if she doesn't get the test that second, she may forget everything. Very nervous and on edge when she takes tests.

Draco takes a bet to wander Muggle London for an hour - only to find himself lost within that hour. What does he do?
Panic in some time and then, when he has realised there's no other option, he would call the Knight Bus.

Do they like balloons?
Ginny loves them. Draco thinks they're ridiculous.

What type of tattoo would they have if they ever get one?
I can see Ginny get a little tattoo at the ankle ot at the shoulder blade. I really can't see Draco get any (Well, unless you count the Dark Mark as a tattoo...)

If Draco gets lost in muggle London and end up getting beat up pretty badly by a muggle robber, how would he react to the paramedic people?
*HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP*
Uhm, yeah.

Do they like to watch Star Wars?
Well, Ginny would because Eskarina Ginny <3<3<3 Han Solo (and no, the three new ones don't exist... Err.) And the whole good vs. evil stuff. And kick Arse!Leia. And Yoda. And... Okay, I'll stop now *smile* And, okay, she likes the three new ones to.
Draco just thinks it's some muggle crap. *kick Draco*

Uhm, yeah, I better go now *waves*

Oh, It totally forgot - I just finished reading Rising from Ashes *squee* Yes, I started reading it very late (Err, yesterday, actually), but now I'm in a HUGE D/G mood. Again. *squeee*

toothpick349 Our yearbook came out today! And get this - it's green and silver. Yes. I'm happy.

If a family member or loved one is in the hospital how would D/G (seperately) act? Withdrawl into their own world, throw things, scream etc.
Draco would stay connected to his work world, but once he entered his home, he wouldn't be able to concentrate on anything. Just one little something could set him off - but not in the "fits of rage" kind. He'd be cold to others, refuse to speak, generally be very distant with others.

Ginny would busy herself more than usual. Constantly moving around, working, trying to keep things off her mind. Once she stops concentrating on her work and begins to think of that person, she worries away. Her fits are more emotional - with lots of tears. If it gets any worse, she'd yell, but she'd rarely do that. She'd try to stay upbeat for others.

How would they react to their PHB's having piercings, tattoos etc.
They would allow their daughter to have one set of ear piercings, and that's it. Both are very clean, traditional people and don't want to see their children with more holes in their bodies. Tattoos they wouldn't be able to stand the thought of. Such fair skin with permanent ink drawings covering it? Draco most definitely wouldn't allow it.

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?
Draco is very confident before a test. He knows that if he struggles with a problem, he's sure to figure out the answer before the end of class. Ginny, however, studies all the previous night into the day of the test, to the second the professor asks for everything to be put away. Then she feels like if she doesn't get the test that second, she may forget everything. Very nervous and on edge when she takes tests.

NQ: A variation from Plum's question "If Draco gets lost in muggle London and end up getting beat up pretty badly by a muggle robber, how would he react to the paramedic people?"

Draco takes a bet to wander Muggle London for an hour - only to find himself lost within that hour. What does he do?

wyvernmalfoy

*feels bad for not posting* Sorry guys! School really sucks, I'm always really busy! I've had time to read some old D/G fav fics though :)

If a family member or loved one is in the hospital how would D/G (seperately) act? Withdrawl into their own world, throw things, scream etc.

I think Ginny would probably be suffering a lot, she would be really withdrawn. She wouldn't be able to sleep or eat much, and she'd probably get very thin and pale. She wouldn't find old interests fascinating any more and I think she'd take a while to get over it. Draco would act as usual, but he'd be snappier and more impatient.

Do they like balloons?

Ginny loves balloons, she's always liked them, ever since she was a child. She especially likes the ones in the shapes on animals and things. Draco thinks they're silly and childish.

What type of tattoo would they have if they ever get one?

Ginny would get something really small and in a funny place, like near her elbow or on her toes. She would probably get something classic, like a rose. Draco would get something really significant to him, probably on his arm. Maybe a snake? Or possibly a dragon :)

12:33 am - Hey all!

___eyesonfire
Gosh, what kind of D/G 'shipper am I? I'm always MIA when it comes to this. Feel free to beat me into a pulp of goo, I'd feel better.

And here goes nothing.

If a family member or loved one is in the hospital how would D/G (seperately) act? Withdrawl into their own world, throw things, scream etc.

I believe Ginny would volunteer to stay by whoever's side in the hospital, while poor Draco mops about at home but he doesn't get violent or anything, just probably slip into some PMS mood.

If Draco gets lost in muggle London and end up getting beat up pretty badly by a muggle robber, how would he react to the paramedic people?

Think PMS!Draco. Yes, be not surprise if you were one of the paramedics. "WTF?! That insolent, uncivilised son of bit*h just robbed me of my damned wallet -- F**k, F**k, F**k --". And he just wouldn't let them touch him, let alont, nurse. He thinks that those funny "apparatus" in the ambulance must be out if he was to be in it.

Do they like balloons?

Ginny does, I'm sure. I can see her having a great time with that. Not Draco, though. He would probably look like he's gonna die the next second if Ginny asks him to hold a balloon.

What type of tattoo would they have if they ever get one?

A tribal (snake-like) one for Draco on his arm, probably in remembrance of his Dark Mark. And a sweet butterfly one on Ginny's hips. And both of them will have the words "Ignis et Gelu" engraved with a heart on their arms or for Ginny only, her neck, to represent their love for each other. =DD

How would they react to their PHB's having piercings, tattoos etc.

Tough one. Ginny would probably fuss over it initially, but would come to terms and accept them slowly. As for Draco, he'd just smile in acknowledgement. He thinks they're wayy cool (that is, to a certain limit).

If they drove a muggle car, what would it be and why?

It's a bad thing I don't drive and don't know anything about cars (my parents don't even own one). Roll Royce (sp?) then.

Do they watch soap operas? What's their favorite plot line?

Nope. Ginny watches sappy romance movies while Draco decides that these Muggle entertainment are beneath him and not one bit entertaining.

Do they like to watch Star Wars?

Yes, and Draco is one huge fan of it! Ginny just watches for Hayden Christensen, and can't help squealing his name and make Draco jealous for the fun of it.

Would they go dress up for the Star Wars III opening?

No, they'd just dress casually. Their PHBs would though.

Who is their favorite character in Star Wars? Why?

This, I don't know because I haven't watch Star Wars at all. Yet. I'm like the only one here... ?

Who else would they get addicted to Star Wars?

This goes without saying. Their lovely PHBs!!!

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?

Draco, confident. Ginny, nervous and fidgety.

What's their favorite fruit?

For the both of them, it's strawberries (with whipped cream) and lemons! Yep, they love the same fruits!

If a family member or loved one is in the hospital how would D/G (seperately) act? Withdrawl into their own world, throw things, scream etc.

If Draco gets lost in muggle London and end up getting beat up pretty badly by a muggle robber, how would he react to the paramedic people?

Do they like balloons?

What type of tattoo would they have if they ever get one?

How would they react to their PHB's having piercings, tattoos etc.

If they drove a muggle car, what would it be and why?

Do they watch soap operas? What's their favorite plot line?

Do they like to watch Star Wars?

Would they go dress up for the Star Wars III opening?

Who is their favorite character in Star Wars? Why?

Who else would they get addicted to Star Wars?

How do they feel before a big test? Nervous? Calm? Confident? Fidgety?

What's their favorite word to use a lot?

What's their favorite fruit?

Ok, going to stop there. Ciao!

toothpick349 If Draco gets Ginny a gift that she doesn't really like, does she tell him outright that she doesn't like it or stay quiet? Vice-versa?
Ginny keeps quiet and thanks him for the gift. However, Draco getting Ginny something she doesn't like or will not be impressed by is rare. On the other hand, Draco would state outright if he likes something or not. He usually likes whatever Ginny gives him because it came from the heart. It's very Ginny.

Do they like their photos taken when they have their birthday party?
Draco and Ginny don't like photos of them holding up the present to the camera. Those usually don't turn out the way they want them. It's more of a display than showing their emotions. They prefer pictures of them opening the presents and their excitement (or lack thereof :D) when they find out what it is. They don't like the camera flashing constantly, though. It's not that big of a deal, is it? Unless it's like the 16th birthday, 20th, graduation, etc...

Just fitting in a quickie entry before I get back to cleaning up after last night. xD Oh, pity is me- I'm using a vaccuum cleaner that would have been considered archaic in the 70's (God forbid). ^-^

What type of cake does D/G like? Any that they don't like?
Ginny's all about exotic, more daring cakes- she's up for the marble with a strawberry ice cream center, while Draco sticks to what he likes with white cake. :)

Love all around. Toodles.

Does D/G have a big party or just a small one with close friends and family?

Both, I think. Draco and Ginny, being Malfoys, will have a large aquaintance, making it necessary to hold a large party so all will be invited. Then there would be a smaller, cosier affair with close friends and family. Ginny would prefer that, though Draco might find being in close contact with ALL the Weasley's as one time a bit trying.

Do they like their photos taken when they have their birthday party?

Draco would, he's the sort who would never miss a chance for a photo. Ginny might wnat them for posterity's sake, but she wouldn't court the camera like Draco.
